From a phone order to settled meals — one system.
The system connects the three sides of a workplace canteen: staff order meals online, the catering company receives ready-made summaries and labels, and the workplace gets a clear settlement including subsidies. Meal collection is recorded with contactless cards. The person serving the meals sees on the screen what and how many meals to hand out, and all settlements are calculated automatically.
Online ordering
A menu with dish photos, ingredients and calorie counts. Staff order from a phone or computer — at any time, with no queue and no note at the cafeteria door.
Contactless cards
A contactless card confirms meal collection — the same card that opens doors or records working time. No cash, no paper vouchers, no mistakes when serving.
Serving meals and labels
Touch screens from 10" to 65" show the cafeteria staff what to serve. A label printer marks meals for absentees and takeaways — every container described, no guessing.
Automatic settlements
The system counts how many meals were served, to whom and for how much — separately for the catering company and for the workplace. End-of-month summaries are ready without manual counting.
Settlement models
Prepaid or debit accounts, employer subsidies for meals, guest cards for visitors. You adapt the settlement model to the workplace — not the other way round.
Allergens and ingredients
Every dish comes with its ingredients, allergens and calorie count — staff see them before ordering. Fewer questions to the kitchen, more safety for people with allergies.
